T-Tapp – The Easy Way to Get in Shape!

ttapplogoI started using the T-Tapp rehab program after I had been bedridden for several years with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  It was the first form of exercise that did not cause me to relapse.  I found myself with more energy and better balance.  And I began to see my stomach muscles again!

Since then, I’ve lost over 20 lbs, gone from a size 14 to a size 6 (and counting!).  I take my T-Tapp DVD on the road with me, as it’s the only exercize I can do inside a small hotel room.  I truly believe that this exercise program made a tremendous impact on my road back to health!

Dr Huntoon has been talking about this, but I haven’t tried it yet. Thanks for mentioning it, because I will try it now. You are a size 6! Yay for you!
