I must admit I am having a tough time knowing if I my goals are clear enough for me take full-out action. I am proceeding in baby-steps where I am confident in a particular area, but even though I’ve written out my goals MANY times, I am still not sure if they’re ready! I have been going with my gut and it seems to work…needs patience, appreciation of the process and fierce doggedness to not yield unless I am doing more harm than good.
If you don’t know if they’re clear enough, they probably aren’t. But that shouldn’t stop you from taking action in the short term. Honestly – please don’t use creating your long term, 5 year goals as an excuse not to move forward. You’re going to reassess these goals every year anyway – and if you’ve begun your journey, the road will get clearer as you go!
